Our Life Policy Services department is currently seeking a policy change specialist. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, breaking down and delivering morning cycles to various departments, opening and preparing mail and faxes for our Imaging department, addressing updates and logging checks.

Hourly: The pay for this position is $15 per hour. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

• mail daily correspondence letters and provide backup support for all at-home associates
• request and set up conversions for our Life Underwriting and Policy Issue departments
• process internal replacement and conversion closeouts and either manually move money to a new policy or refund any unearned premium to the policyowner
• order supplies for the department
• prepare processed work to be scanned
• provide backup support with daily extracts and interface
• serve as a backup for co-workers as needed
