The Opportunity:

As a Vice President of Fisher Life Planning, you will present our new & unique service offering to both current Private Client Group clients, as well as individuals who have requested additional information to learn more about aging well. With unmatched research and a team of talented professionals, you will have the support and resources of a $100BB money manager behind you!

The Day-to-Day:

  • Call individuals who have requested information on our Life Planning Services and make determination if we can help them.

  • Set meetings with potential clients in designated territory.

  • Meet with the individuals to assess suitability and need of our services.

  • Educate and persuade qualified individuals, eventually onboarding them as a

new client.

  • Work closely with various internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Your Qualifications:

  • Relationship-based; high empathy.

  • Prior experience in a transactional sales related field, such as:

  • Real Estate

  • Financial Services / Insurance / Banking

  • Social work currently + sales background

  • Assisted living / Personalized Health Care services / Retirement living

  • Prior outside sales experience preferred.

  • Record of high levels of achievement; results oriented.

  • Top quartile production in a sales role.

  • Ability to perform in a start-up type atmosphere.

  • Ability to travel 35-50% of time.

The VP of Sales Operations will build, evangelize, and deliver a world-class sales operations function to support our sales team to further accelerate our growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Design and implement key metrics to define optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. * Aligns reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities. * Provides thought leadership to the sales organization and counsel to the CSO. * Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization consistent with other processes at Paycor. * Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring Paycor's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources. * Partners with senior sales leadership to identify and successfully implement opportunities for sales process improvement. * Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement. * Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity. * Works closely with the CSO and CTO to understand sales and technology strategy. * Recommends changes and enhancements to the CRM technology platform. * Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization. * Coordinates with sales leadership to lead efficient and accurate reporting initiatives. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
