Job Title: Intern

Department: Life Operations

Job Overview

The Life Operations Intern will provide assistance to the Director of Life Operations on a daily basis. Essential duties are assisting with the Life New Business inbox and incoming faxes. In addition, this individual will be assigned special projects for the Life Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Life Department Mail coordinator with the Life New Business inbox

  • Ability to learn report functionality in Agency Integrator for the life operations department

  • Project work as assigned by the Director of Life Operations

  • Assist the Life Operations team with scanning and packaging of outgoing mail items

  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Needed

  • High School diploma

  • PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel required

  • Outlook and ability to learn other systems as necessary

  • Ability to participate effectively as a team member

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Detail oriented, motivated, dependable and quality oriented

  • Professional approach and appearance

VIEW JOBS 1/22/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-22T00:00 Frito Lay's Maintenance Mechanic Internship program is designed to provide students an opportunity to work side by side with experienced mechanics while gaining hands on experience in rebuilding, repairing, troubleshooting, fabricating, and building industrial equipment. The program will last one semester with the potential for additional semesters. The ultimate goal is to prepare students for full time employment with Frito Lay as a Maintenance Mechanic. The program will be designed to match work tasks with current or previous courses taken. The successful candidate will work 16 to 24 hours a week in an industrial maintenance environment. The work hours will flex based on your class schedule. The candidate will attend all required trainings including Safety Programs and job-specific trainings. Frito Lay will provide all required personal protective equipment including safety boots, shirts and tools needed to complete tasks and assignments.
