Life Enrichment Manager

Tudor Oaks is looking for a Life Enrichment Manager! If you're full of fun, have creative juices that are always flowing, uber organized and a go getter, this position is for you!

As the Life Enrichment Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Life Enrichment team and flow of the daily activities that are offered to our residents. Our Life Enrichment team assures that we're continuously providing daily therapeutic and social activities that are engaging for multiple cognitive and physical levels. You'll implement activities that are geared toward the physical, social, emotional, spiritual and cognitive needs of our residents. You'll also champion the volunteer program by actively recruiting, coordinating and communicating the volunteer coordinator.

• Pay starts at $18.00/hr and goes up based on experience!

• Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00, with a rotation of one weekend per month and a possible holiday

What You Need:

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Human Services field or similar. Will consider experience 5+ years of experience if no post secondary education.

• Must be creative and FULL of energy!

• Able to work independently and in a team orientated, collaborative environment

• A valid driver's license

• Strong oral communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
