Position Title: Life Enrichment Assistant FLSA Status: NONEXEMPT
Department: Dining
Supervisor Title: Resident Experience Manager
I. POSITION OBJECTIVE
Fosters an environment that strengthens a sense of family and a rhythm of daily life that meets the needs of the residents and other care partners (family, team members, volunteers) through mealtime support on the bistros.

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensures excellent customer service is provided to residents, family members, guests, and staff.
Serves residents based on their Meal Ticket preferences and dietary restrictions.
Partners with other neighborhood team members and volunteers by implementing engagement and mealtime opportunities.
Maintains a clean bistro kitchen by sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, and cleaning bistro equipment on every shift.
Cleans floors and walls in the bistro.
Stores all tableware and other items in the proper area.
Properly disposes of trash after each meal.
Assists in serving residents in the bistros.
III. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by Director.
Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with the department dress code.

IV. KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum completion of ninth grade or equivalent experience.
Must be able to follow written and oral directions.
Must be comfortable working with COVID-positive patients.
Must be fully COVID and flu vaccinated per CDC guidelines and Masonic Village policy.
