As a Life Enrichment Aide a typical day might include:

  • Providing the most enjoyable wellness care to resident.

  • Assist residents to look and feel their best everyday, through personal care.

  • Answering resident's calls and needs promptly and with an "I can do" attitude and smile.

  • Working with and building relationships with co-workers, residents, family members and visitors.

  • Helping residents live a meaningful life day in and day out through their abilities and not their disabilities.

Minimum Requirements

To be the ideal Life Enrichment Aide for this role:

  • Must possess as a minimum a GED.

  • Hours of Operation/Shifts:

  • 7:00AM-3:00PM

  • There will be a Set Schedule

  • Must be Open to Working Every Other Weekend

  • 3:00PM-11:00PM

  • There will be a Set Schedule

  • Must be Open to Working Every Other Weekend

  • Must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state (with 120 hours of nursing assistant courses).

  • Have strong assessment and documentation skills.

  • Must be inspired by the youthful, energetic senior population that we serve.
