We are seeking a Life Coach to join our dynamic team in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Responsibilities
Support individual students in completing treatment objectives during their stay.
Work closely with individual students.
Complete accurate, timely, and objective daily documentation for each student.
Meet with individual students on caseload bi-weekly to review Master Treatment Plan goals, weekly schedules, daily progress, and create a plan of action.
Establish rapport and provide individualized support to all enrolled students.
Collaborate with the primary therapist and Clinical Director to provide execute appropriate interventions.
Run at least 1 group per term

Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work (Or closely related discipline)
Minimum two years' experience working with young adults (Or closely related experience)
CPR/First Aid Certificate
Oregon Food Handler's Card
Valid Driver's License and 3 years driving experience with clean driving record.
A desire to facilitate student growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
Preferred-Understanding of the DSM-V disorders
Invite tools and resources in-house and the community that support student goals and skills
Ability to pass a state background check

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE
