Overview

Are you enthusiastic and thoughtful in your approach with people? If so, the position of the Life Coach with Embark Behavioral Health in Benton, Tennessee might be the perfect role for you. We are in growth mode and need to add a few more coaches on our team. Note - this is not a remote position. Flexible schedules available: current need is 2 pm - 11 pm shift.

At Embark Behavioral Health Benton, our Life Coaches are there at the residence with our clients to help guide and mentor them during those difficult moments. The care and focus that is provided helps the clients and their families move toward a healthy and healing home environment by assisting with communication methods, social skills, experiential, and academic progress.

Qualifications

What do you bring to this position?

• Minimum Degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred, but not essential

• 21+ years of age or older

• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass criminal investigation background check

• Current driver's license in good standing

• Ability to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships

• Ability to set and teach positive values

• Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid
