Work Schedule

  • Availability to work a shift anytime during our operating hours Monday
  • Friday, 7:30am

  • 6:00pm Central time

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma

  • Up to 1 year of relevant customer service or sales experience.

  • Experience multi-tasking within a Windows operating system environment required.

  • Successful completion of a job-related assessment may be required.

  • Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level*

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience servicing Life or Annuity products at USAA, either as an employee or a contractor.

  • At least 6 months of Life and/or Annuity Service experience at USAA

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Business (or related) from an accredited university.

  • Current Life/Health License

  • Two plus years of customer contact experience in a call center environment where multi-tasking is required.

  • Experience cross selling or up-selling products

Compensation:

USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $33,280 - $52,000 *(this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location)

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

  • Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.

Shift premium will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
