Job Description: 

A Lien Resolution Support Analyst will assist in the resolution of health insurance liens and provider bills, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of lien processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant Medical Billing, Legal or Call Center experience

Key Responsibilities: 

• Verify Provider and Vendor Information: Assist in verifying correct provider and vendor contact information via phone, email, fax, etc. 
• File Management: Assist in handling an inventory of lien resolution files from opening to conclusion. 
• Document Evaluation: Support the evaluation of health insurance liens, provider billing, medical records, legal, or other documents relating to subrogation and lien resolution. 
• Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiating health insurance liens and provider bills. 
• Multi-tasking and Prioritization: Help multi-task and meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Report Preparation: Provide support in the preparation of reports and documentation related to lien resolutions. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Assist in communicating with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation. 
• Compliance: Ensure all lien resolution activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
