Generate Sales

  • Produce sales gains, by providing customer service.

  • Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.

  • Participate in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines including: proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.

  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy.

Control Expenses

  • Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.

  • Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.

  • Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.

  • Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures and guidelines.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

  • Ability to read and operate a computer.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.

  • Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.

VIEW JOBS 3/22/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-20T00:00 Essential Roles and Responsibilities Assessment To assure proper assessment the Parent Educator will: * gather and understand current and past psychosocial histories * use diagnostic tools to provide comprehensive information for a treatment plan * assess risk factors related to safety and well being of all family members * provide support and direction that meet the needs of the client and family Treatment/Service Plan Development To assure the development of effective treatment plan/services, the Parent Educator will: * plan and lead treatment team meetings for the purpose of creating treatment plans * work with team members to develop ownership for the treatment plan * write and utilize specific measurable goals, objectives, and time frames for each client and family * develop crisis plan for each client and family Facilitation of Change To help clients make positive changes in their lives, the Parent Educator will: * teach a variety of life skills to parents at high risk for Child Abuse/ Neglect due to environment or history of family violence * teach behavior management, goal setting, child development, stress and anger management, and setting limits * prepare educational materials * provide individual coaching, mentoring, education, and advocacy * meet parents in their home for approximately one (1) hour each week to teach a positive approach to parenting to prevent Child Abuse/ Neglect * teach Parenting classes as requested: may include general parenting classes and/or truancy intervention and prevention classes * know community resources and make appropriate referrals * respond to crises and provide situation based interventions * provide and arrange for client transportation Treatment/Service Plan Implementation To assure the implementation and evaluation of effective treatment plans that fosters goal attainment, the Parent Educator will: * deliver services outlined in treatment plan * monitor and record client/family progress * provide advocacy for family to outside agencies * evaluate and reform goals and objectives as necessary * provide support to families in times of crisis Professional Relationships and Therapeutic Alliance To assure the development and maintenance of good working relationships, the Parent Educator will collaborate with: * County Children and Youth Caseworkers and other referral sources to coordinate services * consumer client, family and their natural support system * internal and external stakeholders * program team members and * supervisor and organizational support staff Quality Assurance & Compliance To assure adherence to quality standards and compliance with external licensing and regulatory agencies, the Parent Educator will: * comply with Pressley Ridge standards and state licensing requirements * exemplify the values of the program service model * complete all paper work in a timely and professional manner * produce billable units that will meet the program's requirements * maintain flexibility and creativity in working a non-traditional schedule to accommodate the needs of client and families Documentation and Record Keeping To assure compliance in record keeping and documentation, the Parent Educator will: * complete all required paperwork * maintain client, program and employee records * complete written work that is legible, accurate and use professional language meet timelines for submitting paperwork established by the program and organization * use written documentation to communicate effectively with peers, subordinates and supervisors. * produce written monthly reports for referring agencies. * Maintain daily records; taking into consideration the set outcome measures for which families are being evaluated. Professional Development * actively participates in individual and/or group supervision and staff meetings, to include a supervision meeting with the Program Supervisor at least once monthly. * attend and participate in all required and other professional trainings * independently seek out resources and learning opportunities to foster ongoing professional growth Clearances: State Police/FBI per state regulations; Client Protection Valid State Drivers License and insurance Pressley Ridge Camp Hill PA
