This position is located in San Francisco, CA and will report directly to the Business Operations Manager.

Who you are

  • You have 2+ years experience in an administrative and/or operational role (experience with medical credentialing for doctors and/or nurse practitioners a huge plus, but not required. We'll train you!)

  • You have experience in a high volume, fast paced, ever-changing environment. Startup experience is a plus.

  • You have experience managing and driving projects forward independently.

  • You're process driven, extremely detail oriented and highly organized.

  • You're innovative and value efficiency. You always look for ways to improve an established process.

  • You have positive energy. You love collaborating and building interpersonal relationships with others.

  • You're a great communicator and use the right medium for conversations. You know when to chat in person, over email, over Slack, etc.

What you'll do

  • This is a high impact role! Your work will directly impact our ability to provide Americans with access to the care they need.

  • Collaborate cross functionally with our clinical team to help our wonderful doctors and nurse practitioners get licensed nationally.

  • Manage clinician license renewals and update license trackers as necessary, ensuring all documentation is always up to date.

  • Work with our medical team to ensure they are keeping up with CE requirements

  • Review telemedicine laws and regulations as they continue to evolve to ensure clinicians maintain regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions.

  • Help us innovate and improve processes that enable our team to work more efficiently.

This role manages, oversees and is accountable for business-critical relationships with major and indie labels, publishers, PROs and global societies. As the Director, Music Licensing &amp; Partnerships, you will bring a deep understanding of business strategy, licensing, negotiating, and finance and analytics to help shape Songclip’s industry strategy and drive growth for the business.</p><p>As a key member of the Songclip leadership team, you will manage a set of business functions related to our industry efforts, including relationship management, data and pricing analysis, business development, and content licensing, to accelerate the overall growth of our partnerships with the music industry. Your role will include an exciting combination of strategy, licensing, operations, negotiation, analysis, and project management.
