Licensing Coordinator

Overview

As Coordinator, Global Licensing, you will support execution of the global licensed line plan to meet the strategic goals and long-term vision of the brand with focus on Licensed Jibbitz. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple internal functions and external licensors. You will utilize effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills to support the product creation and licensed operations process from end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Manage licensor portals for concept design, pre-production samples, packaging, and final samples for Jibbitz throughout the product lifecycle.

• Communicate cross-functionally with design, development, packaging, and external licensors for Jibbiz.

• Own product testing submissions and stay updated with licensor guidelines.

• Conduct weekly systems audits to ensure cross-category communication and timeline alignment.

• Own SKU set up for Jibbitz and SKU management in Centric and system for full assortment.

• Set up vendors, including hologram stickers and hangtags.

• Organize and track final samples inclusive of sample management.

• Maintain contract lists, including distribution.

• Manage the content calendar for the partnership team.

• Conduct quarterly licensing market analysis for Jibbitz, identifying competitors, products, pricing, and distribution.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 1-2 years product line management or project management experience (will be interfacing with 10-20 licensors at a time).

• Passion for consumer products and culture/ content

• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and works collaboratively

• Desire to hone analytical skills and an actioned-oriented approach to data

• Must have strong Excel skills

• Be open to learning new data systems and tools (i.e. Centric and partner portals, etc.)

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
