Licensing Coordinator

Reports to: Connie Kelley Department: Licensing Level: 8

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing of all Licenses for the Retail and Home Building Group divisions including all salesperson, city/counties, dealers and manufacturing facilities. Will include opening new locations as well as handling all renewals for licensed parties for both divisions. Duties will include basic accounting functions and tax calculations. Will also be responsible for maintaining licensing database along with being able to call on several city/county or state representatives. This position will also require extensive research. Light administrative duties will be required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience preferred

• Problem Solving & organizational skills

• Detail Oriented

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to meet stringent deadlines

• Ability to effectively communicate

• Ability to work both in-office and remotely

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• AS/400, Global

• Content Manager

• 10 Key and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Viewpoint Sequel

• Previous experience in accounting

• Oracle Payment Processing
