Working collaboratively with the Global Licensing Director (based in the EMEA region) and other critical functions, the Licensing Business Partner will maintain and extend the client relationship base through targeted business development activities and account management practices. In addition, the candidate will provide support to drive international licensing growth and client satisfaction.
Promotes CCL Licensing services globally to new resellers.
Serves as sales interface for all Sales groups on licensing businesses.
Develops and maintains relationships within CCL's Network Associates and International Affiliate Licensing Network.
Works with all internal stakeholders to ensure quality and value-based client relationships.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Contributes to Licensing Strategy as developed by the Global Licensing Director
Licensing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sales: Provide consulting, pricing guidance, proposal support, proposal defense, and overall SME support for large client licensing deals for regional sales teams.
Lead Management: Own, qualify and develop opportunities for resellers of GLP licensed and other offerings. Conduct phone/e-mail follow-up on leads. Coordinate with regional office and sales teams.
Account Management: Manages and cultivates strong relationships with CCL's Network Associates and International Affiliate Licensing Network. Develop and implement account plan strategy to grow our targeted accounts; conduct internal account reviews with clients. Maintain quality control for overall client relationship
Supports Global Licensing Director by forecasting US Licensing client revenue targets and targets for global partner revenue
Collaborates with marketing in view of promoting Licensing offerings.
Maintains CRM database for the licensing business.
Required Education and Experience
Business and consultative background.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Between 3 and 5 years' experience in client management and business development.
Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Native English. Other languages is a plus.
Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
Strong collaborative relationships.
Good organizational skills, good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use discretion regarding confidentiality of customer information.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients at senior level from a variety of cultural backgrounds
Ability to work under pressure in ambiguous situations.
Excellent collaborative skills and team work are a key requirement for the role.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
