What You Will Do
We are seeking a diligent Licensing Administrator to support our Marketing Department. This role focuses on managing licensing information and agency onboarding processes to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Provide comprehensive onboarding and administrative technical support to Agents, Sales Reps, and Personal Lines Sales Reps.
Validate, maintain, and update licensing information in Utica approved and State-based systems.
Verify the integrity and completeness of agency onboarding documentation including executed contracts, W9s, E&O, and Purchase Agreements.
Manage new agency setups, including the verification of State appointments by required lines of business.
Service updates including user information validation, user access levels, and National Producer Number (NPN) verification.
Research and register agency and producer licenses in accordance with State regulations.
Handle agency and producer terminations in accordance with State Department of Insurance requirements.
Communicate with all impacted parties regarding changes in appointment conditions.
Aid in the formation and maintenance of agency hierarchy changes.
Maintain a working knowledge of state licensing regulations and any changes that occur.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Conform with all corporate policies and procedures.
What You Need
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Agency Licensing or Agency Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, CRM).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
High level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
Salary Range
$64,622 - $96,933
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee's work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.

This position is a full time hourly, non exempt (overtime eligible) position.
