Perform patient assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. Provide patient and family education on healthcare management, medication administration, and self-care techniques. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care delivery.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families throughout the care continuum. Minimum of six months of clinical experience, preferably in a home healthcare or pediatric setting.
