Our esteemed client, renowned for being at the forefront of healthcare provision, is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to make a significant impact on people's lives across diverse communities in West Texas. Key Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 years in a similar capacity within either Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) or Geriatric/Long-Term Care. • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credentials or certification from the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) are mandatory. • An Associate's degree Key Responsibilities: • Execute nursing services, treatments, and diagnoses essential for inmate care and safety. • Implement physicians' directives and administer prescribed medications in accordance with requisite standards. • Assist medical personnel during patient examinations, altering and applying surgical dressings and bandages when required. • Provide critical first aid care, monitoring and recording vital signs periodically. • Guide inmates on discharge plans and keenly observe signs and symptoms reported during sick call. • Document medical conditions, reactions to treatments and medications, and provide adequate health education to inmates. Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, with the daily shift running from 0445-1715. Occasional overtime may be necessary to ensure consistent healthcare services.
