Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records Required Certifications and Licensures:
