Salary and Benefits

• The pay for this position is $56,613 - $76,628
• $5,000 sign on bonus

Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Homebased position
• Coordinate staff activities and clinical cases
• Lead team meetings
• Consult and communicate with a variety of agencies regarding program issues
• Psychological evaluation, intake assessments, admissions, treatment, and after-care plans with appropriate mental health programs and community agencies
• Perform professional therapeutic crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, disposition services, wraparound services; assists in placement services for Child and Family Services

Requirements

• Compassionate Care toward the patients
• LMSW or LPC license in the state of Michigan
