Position Intro:

Santé is seeking an LCSW-C or LCPC to serve as a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Specialist (Overnight) our frontline crisis intervention team in Easton,MD. The schedule is Monday through Friday 12a 8a (in office). As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will make an unprecedented impact on your community by working directly with clients to address their needs, assist them in crisis situations, and design treatment plans.

What Youll Do:

• Perform assessments and crisis intervention, including de-escalation and crisis planning.

• Co-respond with law enforcement officers to crisis situations in the community

• Effectively communicate clients needs while making internal agency or community referrals.

• Serve as a liaison for collaboration with families, friends, and local partners.

• Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agencys services.

• Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

• Provide clinical supervision to colleagues on the overnight shift.

• Audit case records for quality assurance.

What We Require:

• Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study (MSW, MA, MS) and two (2) years related experience.

• Current licensure in the state of Maryland LCSW-C/LCPC. (Santé will assist with fees or licensure transfer)

• Valid drivers license and proof of current automobile insurance.
