Licensed Senior Civil Designer

Our client is a leading national firm with exponential growth! We are looking for a licensed civil with previous site civil experience to join their team. Apply today! The ideal candidate would have relevant and recent NJ Site-Civil experience

Design Responsibilities:

• Make design recommendations, adaptations, and modifications.

• engineers, clients and agencies, subcontractors, and design teams on moderately complex engineering project issues.

• Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria on moderately complex projects.

• Complete design work using computer-aided software.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work.

• Prepare reports and correspondence concerning the direction of assigned projects.

• Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.

• Review plans and prepare or review technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates.

• Assist in training and assigning work to junior engineers and CAD staff.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years using Civil Engineering Degree

• EIT - must be certified, PE track

• Civil3D - software needed for stormwater design & site plans

• Stormwater Design

• Grading

• Commercial/Residential Project Typology
