If you love the tech, but love the people more, this might be the job for you! Redfin is looking for a confident and polished licensed real estate agent to join our desk-based Inside Sales team.
As a member of the Inside Sales team, you'll connect with potential customers and educate them about the benefits of working with Redfin, and when they're ready, pairing them with an expert Redfin Agent. Haven't completed a real estate transaction on your own? Don't worry. A real estate license is required for the job, but once you're on our team, we'll teach you everything you need to be successful. From our cutting-edge technology to our in-depth training and a dynamic team environment, we've got you covered. Your love of the real estate industry and ability to quickly gain a customer's confidence over the phone will be key to your success in the role.
Cold calling not your thing? No problem! Receive a steady stream of inbound calls and emails from prospective customers who want our help.
Match prospective customers with a local Redfin Agent for a home tour, listing consultation, or virtual meet-and-greet.
Benefit from our robust technology to help understand potential clients, offer valuable real estate insights, and set customers in the right direction for buying or selling with Redfin.
Receive bonuses (uncapped!) on how many customers you have meet with a Redfin Agent, not by how many homes you close.
Set 40 hr/week schedule that may include evenings and/or weekends. Busy weekends mean higher bonus potential!
Learn the ins and outs of the Redfin business while providing unparalleled service to our potential customers.
Skills & Experience
Real estate license is required
Previous inside sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Multitasking master: talk with customers over the phone while conducting research via multiple systems.
Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
