Job Responsibilities
  • Lead aspiring home buyers to a potential property and show the buyer all the home's features and benefits.
  • Listen to a client's needs and preferences for a possible home purchase and search for matching properties that may be a good fit.
  • Counsel a client in regards to property loan options, financing and other procedures related to mortgage lending so the customer gets a satisfactory loan package and interest rate.
  • Work with clients trying to sell their home by evaluating the property's condition, suggesting potential improvements and discussing a strategy to help initiate a quick sale.
  • Analyze current market conditions and historical property sales in a neighborhood when necessary to help a client price a home competitively.
  • Partner with clients during home buying or selling at the contract stage to help negotiate terms, submit an offer and determine offer suitability.
  • Ensure that contract closing is in the best interest of the client by communicating with seller and buyer, the title company, the escrow company, the bank and the home inspector.
Job Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or an equivalency
  • Currently licensed in real estate or working towards one
  • Experience in customer service or working with the public
  • Top communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to go above and beyond

You will have end-to-end responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of MLAs and site acquisition for in-building solutions. You will be executing short and long-term strategy for In-building deployment plans (administration of multi-tier agreements). * Identifying high value co-location and attachment opportunities, i.e. venues, municipalities, and commercial enterprises. * Establishing master lease or licensing agreements for the purpose of enabling Verizon to install antennas and equipment, and deliver fiber. * Facilitating discussions with landlords and property managers to ensure the deployment of in-building solutions by explaining wireless service benefits in an in-building environment. * Crafting effective and efficient processes for internal/external team members to keep them on track for in-building lease goals and address day to day operational questions and provide guidance. * Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of leases agreements and site development progress, with accurate and timely maintenance of internal databases. * Managing vendors through site development and subsequent amendment processes: e.g., lease negotiation and permitting. * Ensuring proper FAA, FCC, NEPA, etc. requirements are met. * Collaborating with landlords, community officials, consultants, and legal counsel to resolve any property management challenges. * Addressing concerns for prospective lease opportunities with landlords by * Ensuring that the negotiated and drafted agreement terms and conditions are made in the best interest of the Network (i.e. maximum benefit with minimum risk). * Ensuring contracts are made for all in-building and venue types * Keeping the field (site acquisition companies, contractors) knowledgeable on the deals and what we can and cannot do. * Interpreting site acquisition company's data for project progress tracking, analyzing trends and patterns using statistical techniques to establish progress scorecards. What we're looking for... You'll need to have: * Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. * Six or more years of relevant work experience. * Relevant work experience pertaining to in-building DAS deployments. * Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time. * Valid driver's license. Even better if you have: * Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Legal Studies. * Real Estate or Land Development experience. * Strong financial acumen; ability to budget and track spend projection on real estate budget. * Strong Project Management skills. * Strong organizational skills, detail oriented approach, and the ability to work independently, accurately and effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. * Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FAA, FCC, NEPA, SHPO). * Hands on experience with various in-building lease types, requirements, providing input to legal counsel on lease terms and identifying risks appropriately. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly. * Ability to establish and foster relationships with internal/external teams, such as sales, RF, strategic partnerships with big companies, municipalities, commercial landlords, campus, etc. * Strong writing skills for business case memorandums and other forms of written or verbal communication. * Team oriented mindset with the ability to coach, train, manage and mentor a team of contractors and site acquisition resources efficiently. * Five plus years of Real Estate or Land Development experience to include property management, lease negotiation/review, environmental due diligence, site acquisition, zoning/permitting, and title research with a wireless communications company or utility. * Five plus years of experience with direct engagement in zoning and permitting. * Five plus years in complex contract negotiation and RFP/RFI issuance, review and preparing responses. * Proven ability to lead a matrix team (not direct reports). * Proven ability to lead people in transforming an organization toward a strategic focus while continuing to maintain daily field supporting operational functions. * Understanding of the in-building wireless design, implementation and maintenance functions. * Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). * Tableau experience.
