With the recent uncertainty, please know that Thriveworks already has an established hipaa-compliant tele-therapy platform! At this time, new hires will start remotely, but in the future be available for some office days as well.

Our New Haven location is seeking Licensed Clinical Psychologists, either PsyD or PhD, to join our private practice to provide counseling, psychological testing, and assessment services. If you're seeking a group private practice setting that provides strong administrative support in a professional clinical environment, then Thriveworks welcomes your application.


Required Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Availability to provide clinical services (counseling, psychological testing, and assessment services) for 30-40 hours a week
  • Ability to utilize an EHR system to complete clinical documentation and communicate within the practice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Q-Lab and Q-Interactive
  • Experience testing in the following areas:
  • Tech Literacy
  • IQ
  • Autism
  • Personality
  • ADHD
  • Disability
  • Giftedness


  • Site hours of operation are from 7a-10p, Monday thru Friday to give clients flexibility
  • Weekend hours available
  • Full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days

VIEW JOBS 10/23/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-01-21T00:00 The Covid Testing Resource Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for guiding and supervising assigned nursing personnel in delivering patient care at Covid Testing sites. The Covid Testing Resource LPN will collaborate with nurses, providers, and other health care professionals in the delivery of patient care. Focus is on safe, efficient collection of Covid specimens. The Covid Testing Resource LPN will be required to operate in an environment with potentially infectious patients. This LPN will be primarily responsible for swabbing the patient and will have support staff to assist with collection, labeling, and storage. PPE will be provided and competency evaluations with be periodically performed Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: * Performs Covid swabbing (nasopharyngeal, mid-turbinate/deep nasal, and oral routes) in rapid succession, at a pace sustainable for scheduling patients at approximately 5-minute increments * Ensures proper sample collection, labeling, and storage of samples * Educate patients on the process of testing, symptoms to report, self-quarantining procedures * Recognize and redirect patients displaying certain health symptoms to a provider for further assessment/evaluation * Adheres to all Infection Prevention measures, including donning/doffing PPE, swab technique, and collection/storage of specimens * Assists with calls to patients for purposes of reporting Covid specimen test results in a timely manner * Documents appropriately in the Electronic Medical Record (orders, requisitions, results notifications, etc.), as needed * Performs all other duties as required Requirements: * Graduate from an accredited school. Must have a current Licensed Practical Nurse Connecticut State Licensure. * CPR certification required. * Minimum of one (1) year experience in a long-term care facility or rehabilitation center. Clinic experience is highly desirable. * Excellent Patient Management skills. * Must be strongly motivated and able to accept supervision. * Computer skills are essential. * Knowledge of CLIA waived lab testing, Urine Dipsticks and Gucometers preferred. * Excellent leadership qualities and knowledge of management skills are necessary. * Bilingual individual is desirable. * CS-HHC is an equal opportunity employer.
