Full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Gotham Enterprises Ltd are seeking to hire a compassionate counselor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The LPCC applies psychological/counseling principles in the following areas: assessment, clinical interventions, research, training, case management, consultation, program development and supervises non-licensed staff (when applicable). Responsibilities will include diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, discharge planning and supervise mental health services provided to participants. Provides a variety of interventions such as individual, group, couple and family therapy in the PACE setting.

Salary:
$110,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular appointments with clients who wish to converse with a mental health professional.
• Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients.
• Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situations.
• Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments.
• Create, record and maintain adequate notes and treatment plans, in a timely manner.
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling.
• Must be licensed in California state - LPCC.
• 2+ years of clinical experience. Be able to work with couples as well as individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen.
• Have a positive and compassionate attitude.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs.
