Qualifications


Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Requirements:
  • Current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible to receive or renew).

  • Current CPR or BLS certification.

  • Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs+.

We are pleased to announce the following available position: Registered Nurse (RN) - PART-TIME, DAYS, NIGHTS Part-Time: two (2) 12 hr. shifts weekly, 7p - 7a, or 7a - 7:30p The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The Staff Nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training: Graduated from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required or equivalent Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility treating co-occurring, mentally ill, or chemically dependent patients, with understanding of co-occurring disorders, and Cultural Linguistic Diversity amongst patients.
