In our long-term care facility you would perform duties of a Licensed Practical Nurse in planning, implementing and evaluating all assigned resident care in collaboration with a Registered Nurse, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards. In doing so, you will have the ability to improve our resident's quality of life by providing the best care possible.

Work Hours and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment.

  • Position available on 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), 30 minute lunch.

  • Rotating weekends and Holiday; 8.0 hours/day; 40 hours/week.

Qualifications:

  • Necessary Special Requirements-Possession of a current Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Practice Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing; or possession of a non-renewable temporary practice permit issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.

  • Condition of Employment -Require that employees possessing non-renewable temporary practice permits must obtain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the one year period as defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.

  • PA residency currently waived for this title.
