Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Performs duties under the technical supervision of the Physician/non-physician practitioner and administrative supervision of the Practice Director. Provides a wide variety of patient care activities and services in accordance with the LPN scope of practice and established medical office protocols.
Responsible for providing direct nursing care and assisting the medical staff, in order to meet the needs of all patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Works with others in a team environment.
Training and Education:
1.High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
2.Graduate of a state approved training program for Licensed Practical Nurses.
3.Current valid PA nursing license.
4.Current CPR certification.
5.Strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills.
1.Previous experience in an outpatient or physician office setting.
2.Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
