• Certifications: BLS, State License, Covid Vaccine, ACLS

• Charting: Epic

• Start Date: ASAP

• Shift Length: 3X12 shifts

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Years of experience REQ: 2 Year relevant LVN experience

• LVN, Skilled Nursing (SNF)

• AHA BLS
