Shift Details: Primarily Day shift hours; Must be available to work 8 hr shifts

We are seeking LPNs to assist with the coronavirus vaccination distribution. Duties may include reviewing protocols and age-specific vaccine requirements prior to opening of the clinic, confirmation of patient identity, completion of client consent forms, vaccine preparation and administration, disposing of bio-hazardous waste in the appropriate and prescribed manner, and other duties as required.

Qualifications

Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and inpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills required. Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
