Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn)

As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Implement nursing care plans for individuals with disabilities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess the health status of clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR certification with the ability to renew annually.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Must be willing to travel to office in Lanham, MD and Residential Homes in Washington, DC 5 days a week.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
