Responsibilities:

• Setting: Outpatient
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm)
• No Nights, On-Call, or Weekends
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans

Requirements:

• Licensed LPN in the State of Florida
• 1 Year of Supervisor, Manager, Team Lead, etc. Experience Required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
