ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Know our residents and their family by spending time getting to know them.Understand our Successful Aging community's philosophy, culture, and its language.Build positive and supporting relationships in the community to enhance the community culture.Engage residents and connect with them in a genuine, compassionate, and memorable way and enjoy the moment that you spend with the resident.Support our residents' in adopting a successful aging lifestyle and celebrate their accomplishments and efforts.Be passionate about the potential growth and confidence of our residents.Receive and follow schedule/instructions from the Director of Nursing and as outlined in the established policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education: Must be a graduate of a nursing program.License:
Must be licensed as an L.P.N.Experience: At least two years experience as an L.P.N. in a long term care or hospital setting preferred.
