Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN - Sign On Bonus

Saint Therese offers a sign on bonus of $7,500 for positions scheduled 64 hours per pay period or $5,000 for part-time positions We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. Positions include working every other weekend and every other holiday: 6:00 a.m.

• 2:30 p.m. (32 hours per pay period) 2:00 p.m.

• 10:30 p.m. (56 hours per pay period) 2:00 p.m.

  Responsibilities Evaluates/assess documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs house supervisor and medical provider of changes or needs.
  
  Performs all duties consistent with Quality Standards and infection Control practices. Performs all job functions within State and Federal Regulations.
