Position Details

• Salary: 35.00 - 45.00 Hourly

As a LPN at Prestige, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of nursing services to residents, charting in our EMR system, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to best serve our residents while maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.

Needed Education & Experience to be a LPN at Prestige:

• An active LPN Certificate in the state you wish to practice

• Ability to communicate effectively, in English, with residents, visitors, and staff

Creswell Rehabilitation is a National Quality Award Winning Facility by the American Healthcare Association National Center for Assisted Living. Our Nursing Home Administrator, Rick, is the backbone to the team at Creswell.

The beauty of Creswell Rehabilitation is the partnership and comradery that they have with our sister location in Cottage Grove. This will give you the ability to see two different buildings from time-to-time.
