Position Purpose:

The Nurse performs routine, technical nursing duties in the clinic setting and assists with other related duties involved in providing patient care. These duties include, but are not limited to, performing ancillary testing (lab, EKG, breathing treatments, etc). Maintaining all required log books, administration of injectable medication/immunizations, patient referrals and education, assisting providers during medical/surgical procedures.

The Nurse demonstrates ethical and appropriate clinical behavior for the clinic environment to include, but not limited to, respect for patient rights, dignity, age and other specific care needs. The Nurse will maintain confidentiality of all information at all times. All work performed under the administrative supervision of a Physician and/or licensed practitioner.
