Schedule: Full Time Nights, 36 hours per week, 7p-7:30a, rotating weekends and holidays. We're currently offering up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus based on experience for this position with one year of RN experience and two year commitment required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What will you do in this role:

• Performs and documents physical/mental assessment according to policy and procedure for patients within unit's Scope of Care

• Utilize equipment and performs special procedures relevant to unit

• Administers medication following five rights of medication administration

• Update/documents discharge planning and patient teaching

• Communicates effectively and professionally with peers, supervisors, ancillary departments and all other external/internal customers.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing LPN program required

• Current State of Indiana or compact state LPN license

• BLS required

• ACLS and NIHSS Stroke certification required within 6 months of hire

• Demonstrated proficiency in basic nursing skills, including phlebotomy
