Position is responsible for assisting with total patient care by performing clinical duties under the supervision of physicians and the clinical manager.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)*

Diploma from an approved practical nursing program. * Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure. * Two Years LPN experience preferred. * Current BLS required. * Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology. * Familiarity with health care systems, regulations, policies and functions. * Understanding of documentation standards. * Knowledge of infectious disease management and control safety standards. * Skill in reading and following written and oral medical orders. * Skill in handling a number of tasks simultaneously. * Ability to perform mathematical calculations for drug dosages. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and diverse patient populations. * Proficient computer skills and knowledge of the electronic medical record. * Ability to maintain confidentiality.
