One year of recent med-surgical experience in an acute or long term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting. 2.

Must have ability to communicate proficiently in English (both verbally and writing) to perform job duties. 3. One to two years of recent HomeCare experience is highly preferred. Education: Must have graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing.

Licensures/Certifications: 1. Current LPN license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania required. 2. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance. 3.

Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred. Requirements: This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement. You can make a difference for our patients by joining our Nursing Team.
