Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Health Center at Franklin Park, you'll work alongside our compassionate team by completing assessments, planning, interventions/evaluations, and assist in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff; all while having the resident's best interest in mind to encourage maintaining their highest physical, mental and social well-being. We are currently hiring for full-time day shift. Work schedule is 3 12-hour shifts a week. (Sun-Tues-Wed, or Thur-Fri-Sun)

• Starts from $31-$38.75/hr based on experience

What You Need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required

• Current Colorado or compact state LPN license
