Guardian Healthcare Staffing is seeking LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE to work Casual Employment in the Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania locations. This opportunity will allow you to work with our wonderful staff while giving you flexibility to choose your schedule and facilities. Potential shifts available are a combination of

Daylight ranging from 6am to 3pm
Evening ranging from 2pm to 11pm
Overnights ranging from 10pm to 7am both weekdays and weekends.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE / LPN

You enjoy interacting with and caring for our senior residents. You arrive for each shift determined to ensure that our residents enjoy the highest possible quality of care.

Under the direction of a physician, you provide medical treatment and administer medication to our assisted living residents. Additionally, you assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.

You use your excellent interpersonal skills as you interact and communicate with the family members of our patients. When it comes to personal and private information, you are always tactful and discreet.

Patiently and professionally, you recognize, address, and report any grievances. Your passion for your patients is apparent as you actively advocate for superior care and promote service excellence. Making a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families is very rewarding!

QUALIFICATIONS

Current LPN License
Long Term Care Experience
A caring personality and a love for people, especially the elderly

Are you empathetic and considerate of the needs and feelings of others? Are you decisive and able to think quickly on your feet?
