The LPN works directly under the supervision of the registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician or other health care provider authorized by the state.

Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.</p></li><li><p>One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred</p></li><li><p>CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
