Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn)

Job Summary:

ATC Philadelphia is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis. This individual will play a vital role in providing healthcare services and support to our clients in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and its surrounding areas.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation for this position is $33 to $37 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and other perks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine nursing duties, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and dressing wounds

• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the physician

• Assist with medical procedures and examinations as directed by the physician

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medication, and self-care techniques

• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a LPN in a clinical setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• CPR/BLS certification

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
