Duties:Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Record a patient's medical history accurately 2.

Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. 3. Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc. 4. Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks 5.

Collect samples for lab testing as assigned 6. Provide emotional and psychological support when needed 7. Communicate with patients' family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions. 8.

Case management of assigned patients 9. Pre-plan the day ahead of the patients you are assigned to for positive workflow 10. Reporting of Adverse incidents by following the policy 11. All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:Qualifications: ? LPN Licensed in WI required ? Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team ? Familiarity with community health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures ? Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices ? Excellent knowledge of medical terminology ? Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Compassionate and able to handle stress ? Compassionate about Healthcare ? Abide by all HIPAA Regulations ? Pass pre-employment drug tests and background check
