The Licensed Practical Nurse accepts accountability for provision of care, as part of the RN led team, in accordance with the current policies and procedures. Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.

• Experience: One year of relevant experience, required.

• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.

• Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
