Job Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) What You'll Do Provide compassionate and holistic nursing care to residents in our long-term care Healthcare Center, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with individualized care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences. Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and response to treatment, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and autonomy.

Qualifications Current LPN license in Georgia. Must have experience working in long-term care or nursing home settings. Prefer at least one year of experience but not required.

Experience with administering medications. Strong passion for serving the elderly and vulnerable populations with empathy and compassion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with residents, families, and colleagues.
