We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab and joint and spine management. How we do it. We maintain an appropriate caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available.

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy assistant program Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license Professional Development Individualized Professional Development Program: Annual continued education allowance (adjustable for motivated learners) Graduated caseload ramp-up time Paid professional association dues Paid licensure renewal New graduate mentoring and onboarding In-house CEUs Monthly clinical training sessions Max USD $60,000.00/Yr.
