Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Lcsw, Lmft, Lpc) - SNF

Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Parker, Colorado!

Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!

Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities and through Outpatient telehealth therapy. As we expand as a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber of integrity who share our commitment to provide state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the state of Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.

• Completes documentation in a timely fashion in our EMR (Athena I).

• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, W2 and 1099 Independent Contract Provider options available.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Colorado licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.

• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
• TB Test.
• Some facilities may require up to date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay:

• $45.00 to $60.00 per Billable Hour. W2 and Independent Contractor options available.
• Compensation determined based on licensure (Independent vs Associate level) and experience.
