Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Description Job Description Grace Family and Community Counseling Services, LLC, is offering Intensive In-Community (IIC) in-home counseling positions through the children's system of care (CSOC). We are looking for skilled clinicians with strong character, integrity, honesty, adaptability, and focus on excellent clinical care. Therapists are required to provide weekly sessions to children, adolescents, and families, directly, in-person and in-home.

Qualifications: Education: Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure: Position open to provisionally and fully licensed New Jersey clinicians BERGEN COUNTY, ESSEX COUNTY, UNION COUNTY ( Valid LAC/ LPC; LSW/LCSW; LMFT/LAMFT) Experience: Experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families with a minimum of 1 year experience in direct practice with clients required.

Additional requirements: A valid NJ driver’s license with a documented, properly insured vehicle. • Current Liability Insurance Working knowledge of DSM-V and mental status exam Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Compensation: Contract/Fee for Service.

Experience counseling children, adolescents, adults, and families. Self-guided determination to complete documentation, notes, and essential records within 24 hours. Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required for service delivery (name applicable NJ counties) Ability to utilize recognized therapeutic modalities Ability to complete intakes/biopsychosocial assessments Ability to work with clients to develop treatment goals, and create treatment plans?

Preference is given to candidates proficient in web collaboration tools (i.e. Webex/zoom, Microsoft teams We are unable to accept substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, and business coaches unless they have an additional license as a mental health counselor.
